Want to learn piano but prefer the convenience of taking lessons in your own home at your own piano? Why not try online piano lessons? I use Zoom and multiple cameras to make online piano lessons as effective and fun as lessons in my studio.

Lessons are carefully blended to include:

  • learning to read music

  • fostering a healthy technique

  • composition and improvisation

  • chords and lead sheets

  • developing listening skills

  • music theory and history

what ages can take online piano lessons?

Ages 4+ can take online piano lessons. For younger students a parent ‘helper’ needs to be available.

I am a beginner adult student and I recommend Nicola’s Piano Studio. Nicola incorporates different technical, practical and theoretical components to keep lessons (and practice!) engaging and productive..... Online lessons have always been available where a range of webcams, angles and screen sharing is utilised, and online resources are supplied to assist continued learning (perfect if distance or a pandemic is a factor)! Nicola is very patient and supportive which has helped with my confidence as I start my piano journey.
